Wow, its been a long time since I posted a workout. I have been active with lots of pull-ups and push-ups, just nothing worth posting here. Swam today with my boys:
Warmup:
50/100/200 yard intervals, about 1:30/100 pace.
Main
500 yard steady - 9:00
Cool down:
100/50
This is a log of my general training for staying active. This has included training for the Adirondack Canoe Classic (The 90 Miler), triathlons, and various other competitive events.

Swim 121205
Have been busier lately with the holidays. Swam tonight with the kids, got in 500 yards. My general speed is where I left off but my endurance isn't up to snuff. After a few easy lengths I can confirm that when I swam over the Thanksgiving holiday it was definitely more than a 25 yard pool. While my endurance work has dropped off I have been maintaining my pull-up/push-up rountines
