Garnet Valley Fun Run
Gorgeous day for a run. I successfully defended my title and had a lot of fun. I think next year I will be able to convince my whole family to join in.

Did a nice easy run of 2.9 miles with Jim. While I feel fine in general, once I was running I could tell my body is still recovering from the race. We ran at about a 9:24 pace.

Ironman 70.3 Syracuse
I signed up for next year's Ironman 70.3 Syracuse before reviewing this year's Poconos race so I can't reconsider. Only 9 months to go!

Ironman 70.3 Pocono Mountains - My results
My results are below, keep in mind the bike was only 55 miles so the speed was ~17.8 mph not 18.2.
Swim - Canceled
Bike: 3:04:41
T2: 4:54
Run: 2:06:45(9:40 split)
Total: 5:16:20
